When you take the quiz or request a plan, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, the California area you live in, your timeline, property type, destinations you are considering, and any quiz answers you choose to provide. If you submit a request, we also record the page you submitted it from, which pages you viewed during that visit, where you arrived from and any campaign tags in the link, so we can see which destinations interest you. The page history is kept in your browser tab only until you submit a request.

We use this information to prepare your relocation plan and respond to your request. If you submit a request, we share it with a licensed real estate agent in the Los Angeles area, who may contact you by email, and by phone or text only if you separately agree. We keep a record of the consent wording you saw and when you agreed. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.

Browsing the research on this site does not require you to submit anything. You may ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you, and you can reply STOP to any text. This is a starter policy; contact details and procedures must be completed and reviewed by an attorney before launch.
